The Church building has re-opened, but the people who are the church, the body of Christ, are finding new ways to worship together and to be in touch.  For those unable to come to Church, one way is to use the readings which can be found on our pew sheet , each day so we reflect in common wherever we are.  The letter to the Hebrew’s is not an easy read.  The writer is making comparisons between the ancient worship and sacrifices of the temple and the new way God is with us in Jesus Christ who is both priest and sacrificial victim.  Allow a phrase to emerge and reflect on that if untangling the detail gets a bit much!
